Being on time for your appointments is greatly
appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our
other clients are not inconvenienced.
* To ensure that you
get an appointment when you want and with whom you want we
recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving
the salon.
*We appreciate that
sometimes you may need to change your appointment.
We ask that you give 24 hours notice for single
treatments and 48 hours notice for multiple treatments and spa
packages. A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain
events such as weddings, graduations or group bookings.
*Please turn off
your cell phones/pagers for the comfort of other clients.
*Please let us know
if you have allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions,
are diabetic or pregnant
before your services so they can be adjusted accordingly
*If you feel at any
time that you would be more comfortable or better served by
another staff member, or if you would simply like to try a new
person, we encourage you to do so.

program has been created that rewards you for spending your

Our
senior’s discount is 5% for those 55+ years young and will be
given at the time of service. We ask that you please advise us
previous to being rung through.
